Will a USB-C dock work with any laptop?
Not always. Check the laptop's USB-C port supports video (DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt) and charging, and that the dock supplies enough power for the laptop. Manufacturer docks are the safest match for a fleet of one brand.
Wired or wireless keyboards and mice?
Wired for hot desks, where there are no batteries to replace and nothing to go missing. Wireless for fixed desks and hybrid staff who want a tidier setup.
How do we choose a replacement charger?
Match the connector, voltage and wattage to the original, or use the manufacturer's part number. A lower-wattage charger may charge slowly or not at all under load.
