We deliver six days a week, Monday to Saturday

Delivery times and costs are based on what you’ve ordered and your delivery address, so the easiest way to calculate is at checkout.

Click and collect
We have collection points in West Yorkshire and the East Midlands, where you can pick up your order for free.
Find out if your order is eligible for click and collect at checkout, where you can also choose a collection date.
Delivery methods
We have our own in-house fleet of delivery vehicles, and we also use third-party carriers, depending on your location and what you’ve ordered. Your despatch confirmation email will let you know who's delivering your order, and contain a tracking reference so you can track its progress.
Delivery timings
We’ll keep you updated about your delivery as often as we can.
The day before delivery, we’ll confirm your 4-hour delivery window via email and text. On delivery day, our driver will call you 30 minutes before arriving, to let you know they’re on the way.
Delivery of large items
For large items like baths and washing machines, we’ll always try to take your order to your room of choice, as long as we’re not lifting upstairs or past obstacles.
Some very large items, like American fridge freezers and range cookers, need to be delivered to a doorstep or garage, as our drivers are unable to manoeuvre heavy items. You’ll need to arrange someone to move your items into position, if you can’t do it yourself.

UK and international delivery
You can order online for delivery to the UK, this includes the islands and Highlands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Our next-day delivery service is only available to mainland UK and excludes postcodes: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, PO30-PO41, IM, JE, GY, BT, TR21-TR25.
We offer international delivery on smaller items to the following locations: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Andorra and Gibraltar. For larger items, and to arrange international delivery, get in touch.

Delivery of hot tubs and swim spas
There are four delivery options to choose from, select one when you order online or tell us your choice if you’re ordering on the phone.
How it works
You can collect your hot tub or swim spa for free from one of our pickup points. Check individual products for their location. After you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you to book your click and collect timeslot.

- We can help with loading your order onto your transport
- When you pick up your order, you can collect any other items in your order at the same time

How it works
We’ll deliver your hot tub or swim spa to your nearest accessible kerbside, using an 18+ tonne vehicle with tail-lift.
The surface where your spa will be installed needs to be flat, level hardstanding. Spas should not be placed on gravel, slopes, uneven ground, soft ground, kerbs or steps.
Optional upgrades:
AM or PM specified delivery: ÂŁ60 extra
Saturday delivery: ÂŁ99 extra - waiting for Nathan to confirm these.
Need to know
- Once your spa is safely unloaded, you’ll need to sign for delivery
- Once it’s signed for, you must accept the order
- Our drivers help with unloading, but cannot help with moving or setup. For assistance with unloading, you’ll need to choose a different delivery option.
How it works
This delivery option means your swim spa or hot tub is delivered and then placed in its final position by our team. Getting it connected, filled and working is down to you.
When you've placed your order, we’ll contact you to arrange a site assessment to make sure the location is suitable for your spa. This is usually done via a short WhatsApp video call.
Need to know
- We may need to use a crane or third-party lift to get your hot tub into position. You’ll need to provide the contractor – or we can arrange this for you.
- We can remove and recycle waste, for a small additional charge
How it works
If you’d like everything setting up so when we leave your property the spa is all ready to use, this is the delivery option for you.
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you to book an expert assessment of your site, usually done via a short WhatsApp video call.
On delivery day, we’ll deliver your spa to your property, check its location is suitable and then place it in its final position. We’ll then install it, which includes connecting the water and electricity supply. We’ll even fill it with water and heat it up, all ready for you to use.
This option includes full training on how to look after your new hot tub or swim spa, plus a demonstration of how to use all its features.

Saunas and steam rooms delivery options
How it works
We’ll deliver your sauna or steam room to your nearest accessible kerbside, using an 18+ tonne vehicle with tail-lift.
The surface where your sauna or steam room is installed needs to be flat, level hardstanding. They should not be placed on gravel, slopes, uneven ground, soft ground, kerbs or steps.
Once your order has been delivered, it’s up to you to put it in position and get it working.
Need to know
- Once your order is safely unloaded, you’ll need to sign for delivery
- Once it’s signed for, you must accept the order
- Our drivers help with unloading, but cannot help with moving or setup. For assistance with this, you’ll need to choose a different delivery option
- Always take care when tipping or rotating chill products, as some contain a compressor, a bit like a fridge has, which can be damaged easily
We’ll deliver your sauna or steam room to your property and set it up, all ready to use.
Gazebos & pergolas delivery options
How it works
We’ll deliver your gazebo or pergola to your nearest accessible kerbside, using an 18+ tonne vehicle with tail-lift.
With this delivery option you’ll take on the installation yourself (a step-by-step guide and all fixtures and fittings are included) or seek a professional tradesperson to do it for you.
The surface where your item will be installed needs to be flat, level hardstanding. Gazebos and pergolas should not be placed on gravel, slopes, uneven ground, soft ground, kerbs or steps.
We recommend building on top of a base to ensure your hot tub shelter's successful installation and longevity. Your gazebo needs to be installed on a level concrete surface 400mm thick or on concrete pads, a minimum of 400mm x 400mm x 400mm. Legs are bolted to the concrete using 100-150mm fixing bolts and 2 bolts per leg. If the floor is uneven, alternative leg sizes can be ordered at a small cost.

If you prefer, when we deliver we can also install your gazebo or pergola, simply select this option when you order. Our standard installation service takes around 2-3 hours for our team to complete.

Pallet delivery
Bulk orders and larger items like bathrooms are delivered on pallets.
All orders shipped on pallets are delivered kerbside. Our driver will have a pump truck and tail lift to unload the pallets from the truck for you. Once unloaded, our driver can’t help move your goods or unwrap them, so you’ll need to make your own arrangements for this.
Deliveries to building sites
Deliveries to build sites are a standard part of our service, and we’re experienced in navigating them. We’ll always try to accommodate your delivery around site times, contact us if you need help with this.
You can add additional services onto your delivery, for an extra charge. Add them at checkout when you’re ordering. If you’re not sure what you need, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Installation or build
We can deliver and install or build your goods at the same time as we deliver. Visit our installation or build page to find out more
Remove and Recycle
We can recycle most electrical appliances on a like-for-like basis when we deliver your new ones. If you’re buying in bulk, we can remove and recycle additional items. Visit our recycling page to find out more
Disconnect and install
We can disconnect your old appliances and install your new ones if you add this service to your order.

Can I track my order?
Yes, simply sign in to your account and you’ll be able to track your order.
Can I change my delivery date?
You can change your delivery date before your order has been dispatched, simply sign in to your account to reschedule. If your order is already on its way, you’ll need to arrange a return when it arrives.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it’s been dispatched by signing in to your account. If it’s already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and then arrange a return.

Our driver will make every effort to deliver your goods. If you do miss your delivery, we’ll get in touch explaining what to do next.Â
If you need any help with your delivery contact us
My order has arrived damaged or faulty
If your item arrives damaged you can refuse to accept the delivery; just sign the driver's delivery sheet damaged, then get in touch and tell us what’s happened. The driver can then return your item to us and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.
If you notice the damage after accepting your delivery, let us know and we'll advise you on what to do next.
