We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy from us, but if you do need to make a return, here’s how. We understand that arranging returns can be time-consuming, so we always try to process them as quickly as possible.
How to create a return request
Simply sign in to your account. Once you’ve located your order, select Help then click I would like to request a return and follow the on-screen instructions. In most cases you'll hear back from us with the next steps on the same working day but during busy periods it can take up to 48 hours.

How will I receive my refund?
You’ll receive your refund back to your original payment method.
My order has arrived damaged or faulty
If your item arrives damaged you can refuse to accept the delivery; just sign the driver's delivery sheet damaged, then please contact us and tell us what’s happened. The driver can then return your item to us and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.
If you notice the damage after accepting your delivery, let us know as soon as possible and we'll advise you what to do next.
Can I cancel my return request?
No problem, just contact us and we’ll cancel your return.
