Does furniture for lets meet the fire safety rules?
Upholstered furniture and mattresses supplied in rented or holiday accommodation must meet the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 and carry the permanent label. Check the listing before you buy.
Do electric fires need installing?
Most electric fires and media walls plug into a standard socket. Inset fires and fireplace suites may need fitting to the wall, so check the listing.
Can we buy on account?
Yes. A trade account gives trade pricing, bulk discounts and credit of up to ÂŁ20,000, with a named account manager.
Can you deliver and assemble across several properties?
Yes. We deliver six days a week and can build furniture on delivery. For bulk orders we can schedule drops to suit a rollout and take the packaging away. See delivery options.
