Frequently asked questions
What does a wood-burning stove need?
A suitable flue or chimney and installation to Building Regulations, usually by a HETAS-registered installer. In smoke control areas only approved appliances and fuels can be used.
Do bioethanol stoves need ventilation?
Yes. They're flueless, so follow the manufacturer's room-size and ventilation guidance, and only refuel when cool.
Can you deliver to site?
Yes. We deliver to building sites, six days a week, with pallet delivery for larger orders. See delivery options for access and offloading.
