Frequently asked questions
What power supply does a griddle need?
Many electric griddles run on a 13A plug; larger ones need two 13A plugs, a 16A supply or hard wiring. Gas models are natural gas or LPG. Check the listing.
Smooth or ribbed plate?
Smooth plates handle eggs, pancakes and most breakfast items. Ribbed plates add grill marks and drain fat from meat.
Can you deliver and remove the old equipment?
Yes. See delivery options and book removal and recycling of old electrical equipment with the order. Gas and hard-wired equipment must be connected by a suitably qualified engineer.
