Before you order
- Outlet: horizontal (P-trap) or floor (S-trap), and the set-out from the wall.
- Projection against room depth, door swing and basin clearance.
- Wall hung: a frame rated for the wall type and an access panel for the cistern.
- Back to wall: a WC unit or frame is needed to conceal the cistern.

What seat height does an accessible WC need?
Approved Document M sets the top of the seat at 480mm above the finished floor in a wheelchair-accessible WC. Comfort height pans vary, so check the height with the seat fitted.
Can a wall hung toilet go on a stud wall?
Yes, with a frame designed for stud walls, fixed to the floor and to noggins. Check the frame's load rating and whether the listing includes it.
