Frequently asked questions
Slotted or unslotted basin waste?
Slotted wastes are for basins with an overflow, so water can drain through the slot. Unslotted wastes are for basins without one. Using the wrong type can cause leaks or overflows.
Does a wall frame come with a cistern?
Most wall-hung toilet frames include the concealed cistern; some don't. Check the listing. The flush plate is usually separate.
What height is a toilet frame?
Most frames adjust so the pan can be set at standard or comfort height. Check the adjustment range and the wall depth needed for the boxing.
