Frequently asked questions
Is a waste included?
Some basin taps include a click-clack or pop-up waste; many don't. Check the listing, and add a basin waste if needed. A slotted waste suits a basin with an overflow.
Will the tap suit our water pressure?
Check the minimum pressure on the listing. Many mixers need at least 1 bar; low-pressure gravity systems need a tap rated for them.
Tall or standard mixer?
Tall mixers are for countertop or vessel basins that sit on a surface. On a standard basin, a tall tap splashes and looks out of scale.
Can you deliver to site?
Yes. We deliver to building sites, six days a week, with pallet delivery for larger orders. See delivery options for access and offloading.
