You heat the pan and its contents, not the hob itself, which makes cooking faster, safer and greener. Plus, the bridgeable induction zones allow you to link two zones together to create a larger surface area, then adjust the heat using just one of the rotary controls. TrueTemp digital thermostat    
Truetemp is the digital thermostat that puts you in control. Where traditional oven dials leave space for temperature fluctuation, this accurate interface clearly displays your chosen temperature and allows you to adjust the heat in increments of five degrees. It’s all to help you achieve perfect results time after time.  Also our rapid pre-heat function will automatically engage as soon as you turn on the main oven, reaching the required temperature over 40% faster allowing you to start creating quicker.
