Precise Temperature Control with Induction
Induction allows for precise temperature control when doing intricate cooking or simmering, for example. Heat is only generated when the pan comes into direct contact with the specific cooking zone, ensuring safety in the presence of children. This helps optimize power consumption, only using the energy needed to heat the pan itself.

Flexible Cooking with Multizone Operation
With Multizone operation, the cooking zones can be used as two independent cooking zones or combined into a single zone. Each zone automatically adapts to the size and position of the dishes and is heated only where the pans locate, providing better heat distribution.

Responsive Slider Control Panel
Each zone features a slider control panel which allows the user to adjust the heat level by simply running a finger across the touch surface.

Seamless Integration with Auto-Vent 2.0
Auto-Vent 2.0 allows the hob to issue commands to a connected Smeg cooker hood. The cooker hood will automatically adjust its extraction speed to match the hob settings and pan temperature. Auto-Vent 2.0 can only be used when combined with a Smeg Auto-Vent 2.0 hood.
