Triple Fan Technology

The oven is equipped with a three-fan system which allows outstanding cooking performance to be achieved. The temperature is uniform inside, meaning you can cook evenly on all five levels as the two large side fans distribute the air around the perimeter and the small central fan creates a vertical heat vortex, thus increasing ventilation

Isothermic Oven Cavity

Maximum thermal insulation and optimal energy performance are guaranteed by the unique shape of the Smeg cavity.

The new cavity also helps to reduce pre-heating time as it can reach high temperatures in just 8 minutes, saving of 50% of cooking time compared to a standard oven.

Pyrolytic Cleaning

The pyrolytic cleaning function is designed to eliminate corners, holes and joints by effortlessly burning away all the dirt and grease stuck to the walls as it reaches a high temperature of (500 °C).

Whilst every element inside the cavity can be easily removed: the upper grill has a tilting mechanism, and the side oven shelf brackets can be removed and washed in the dishwasher.

Refractory Stone

This cooker can be equipped with a large refractory stone, perfect for quickly cooking pizza, bread, focaccia but also fish and vegetables. Once the Turbo function is activated, you can easily cook two pizzas at the same time in just 4 minutes.
