Frequently asked questions

What does 70/30 or 50/50 mean?

It's the split between fridge and freezer space. 70/30 gives more fridge space, which suits most households and staff kitchens. 50/50 suits people who batch-cook or buy frozen food in bulk.

Is frost free worth it in rental property?

Usually, yes. It stops ice building up in the freezer, which removes a defrosting job and a common cause of damage when tenants chip ice out.

How much space does a freestanding fridge freezer need around it?

Check the installation guide, but most need a small gap at the sides and top and around 5cm at the back for ventilation. Too tight a gap makes the compressor work harder and shortens its life.

Can you deliver, install and take the old one away?

Yes. See delivery options, add installation and book WEEE-compliant recycling of the old unit in the same visit.

Replacing appliances across several sites?

Delivery and installation in one visit, and a dedicated account manager.
