Frequently asked questions
Can a freezer go in a garage?
Only if its climate class covers the temperatures there. Many standard freezers stop working properly below about 10°C. Look for garage-rated models.
Upright or chest?
Uprights are easier to organise and access, with drawers. Chest freezers hold more for the floor space and keep cold longer in a power cut, but need more reach.
Is frost free worth it?
In lets, usually. It stops ice building up, so there's no defrosting and less risk of damage from tenants chipping ice out.
Can you deliver, install and take the old one away?
Yes. See delivery options, add installation and book WEEE-compliant recycling of the old unit in the same visit.
Replacing appliances across several sites?
Delivery and installation in one visit, and a dedicated account manager.
