Frequently asked questions

Will it fit through our doors?

Check the depth without doors and handles against the narrowest doorway. Many models allow the doors to be removed for delivery.

Does the ice dispenser need plumbing in?

Plumbed models need a cold water supply and usually a filter. Non-plumbed models use a refillable tank, which suits lets where plumbing is impractical.

Is an American fridge freezer good for an HMO?

Yes, where there's space. One large side-by-side unit often serves four or five tenants better than a standard fridge freezer.

Can you deliver, install and take the old one away?

Yes. See delivery options, add installation and book WEEE-compliant recycling of the old unit in the same visit.

Replacing appliances across several sites?
