The SMEG Topline SPH515S pass through dishwasher is designed for restaurants, hotels, pubs and commercial kitchens requiring high-capacity warewashing throughout busy service periods. Capable of processing up to 60 baskets per hour, equivalent to 1,080 plates or 2,160 glasses, it combines fast cycle times with a generous 500mm basket and 400mm usable loading height to accommodate everything from crockery and glassware to larger kitchen utensils.

Manufactured in Italy, the SPH515S is supplied as a hardwired multiphase machine, allowing installation on a range of compatible single or three-phase electrical supplies when configured by a qualified engineer. The double skinned hood helps reduce heat loss and operating noise, while the integrated water softener, HTR high-temperature rinse system, atmospheric boiler and rinse booster pump work together to deliver reliable wash performance and consistent sanitising temperatures.

Designed for everyday commercial operation, the dishwasher features seven wash programmes, Soft Start technology for gentler washing of delicate items, a patented easy-lift hood, counterbalanced door and an interlocking five-stage filtration system that helps protect the wash and drain pumps. Integrated detergent and rinse aid dosing, a drain pump, self-cleaning programme and removable stainless steel wash arms simplify daily operation and maintenance. Supplied complete with one plate basket, one flat basket and one cutlery basket, the SPH515S is backed by a 2-year manufacturer's onsite parts and labour warranty.
