Manufactured in Italy, this professional passthrough unit is supplied for 3-Phase 26A hardwired installation as standard. For site-specific requirements, the multiphase electrics allow a qualified engineer to adjust the configuration to 1-Phase 16A or 32A supplies. The SPH515S utilises a 14-litre wash tank and a 10-litre atmospheric boiler. This is supported by the HTR (High Temperature Rinse) system, which prevents cold inlet water from entering the boiler during the rinse phase, guaranteeing a constant 85°C temperature for verified sanitisation and rapid drying.

Operator efficiency is prioritised through a patented easy-lift hood and an intuitive electronic control panel featuring seven wash programmes, including a soft-start function to protect fragile glassware. The unit is fully equipped for immediate commission with integrated detergent and rinse aid dosing pumps, a drain pump, and a KIWA-approved break tank for WRAS compliance. To ensure long-term reliability, the five-stage filtration system captures food residue before it reaches the wash and drain pumps. Each unit is supplied with one plate basket, one cutlery basket, and one flat basket.
