This Italian-engineered unit features a 6.8kW total loading and is supplied for 30A single-phase hardwired connection as standard. The multi-phase electrics provide installation flexibility, permitting a qualified engineer to configure the unit for 13A, 20A, or 32A supplies depending on site requirements. To guarantee sanitisation, the HTR (High Temperature Rinse) system employs an atmospheric boiler to maintain a constant 85-87°C rinse temperature.
