Refurbished Robot Coupe CL50 Ultra-1V Vegetable Prep Machine Single Speed 300 Covers Plug in

Designed for high-footfall restaurants, caterers, and institutional kitchens, the Robot Coupe CL 50 Ultra is a high-volume preparation solution capable of significant ROI through labour savings. Delivering a throughput of up to 150kg per hour, this unit effectively manages 50 to 300 covers per service, ensuring rapid execution during peak times. The single-speed operation is calibrated for precision, ensuring consistent slicing, dicing, and grating results that maintain the texture and presentation of high-value ingredients.

Engineered for reliability, the CL 50 Ultra is built with a stainless steel motor base and lid to withstand the physical demands of a commercial kitchen. The 500W commercial induction motor runs at a fixed speed of 375rpm, providing the necessary power to process hard root vegetables without stalling or overheating. This model is a Single Phase unit supplied with a standard UK 13A plug, allowing for immediate integration into existing workflows without the need for complex hardwiring or electrical upgrades.

Operational efficiency is central to the design, featuring a dual-hopper system to maximise speed. The large kidney-shaped hopper (surface area 139 cm²) accommodates bulky vegetables such as lettuce or cabbage, eliminating the need for excessive pre-cutting, while the cylindrical hopper (Ø 58 mm) ensures uniform cutting of long produce like cucumbers or carrots. The design prioritises hygiene with an easy-to-clean lid and bowl, and the unit is compatible with over 50 processing discs (sold separately) to adapt to changing menu requirements.
