Steelmore Wet Heat Bain Marie with 6 Round Pots - 6 x 4 Ltr, 740mm Wide, 2kW, 13A Plug

This 6 pot wet heat bain marie suits buffets, carveries and busy kitchens holding several soups, sauces and gravies at once. Six 4 litre round pots give 24 litres in total, and wet heat keeps delicate products from scorching or drying out.

Installation and Connection

The unit is fitted with a 13A plug for a 240V 50Hz supply, so it runs from a standard socket with no specialist hardwiring. It sits on a countertop, measures H280 x W740 x D595mm and weighs 18.5kg. Anti-slip rubber feet keep it steady.

Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning

A manual dial sets the 2kW wet heat system between 30°C and 85°C, and built-in overheat protection guards the element. Each 200mm diameter pot has its own lid to hold heat and keep contents covered in open kitchens. The front-mounted drain tap lets staff empty the water safely at the end of a shift. The body is stainless steel.
