This spiral dough mixer suits pizzerias, bakeries and commercial kitchens producing dough in volume. The fixed 50 litre bowl takes up to 20kg of dry flour for a 35kg mix, with throughput of up to 125kg of dough per hour.

Installation and Connection

This is a floor-standing mixer with a 2.5kW belt-driven motor on a 220V supply. Please confirm the electrical connection type with our team before ordering so the right supply is ready on delivery.

Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning

Simple dial and button controls switch between the two hook speeds of 100 rpm and 240 rpm, and a timer is fitted. The double-movement design turns the bowl at 10 to 28 rpm while the spiral hook rotates, which gives even gluten development in dense doughs. An emergency stop button and a safety microswitch on the lift-up stainless steel guard cut power if the guard is opened mid-cycle. The satin stainless steel guard and bowl wipe down between batches.
