Constructed from premium-grade stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and hygiene, the Smeg ST323PM is engineered for installation flexibility. The unit features a 5.45kW Multiphase electrical system; while supplied for 3-phase connection as standard, it can be configured by a qualified engineer for 13A, 20A, or 32A single-phase supplies. For 32A configurations, the unit requires hardwiring to a suitable isolator. The 818mm height and 598mm width ensure standard under-counter fitment within commercial cabinetry.
