60cm Induction Hob
The details
A 60cm four-zone induction hob with a SCHOTT glass top and a slider control along the front: run a finger along it to choose from nine power levels. Pause stops every zone at once when you're interrupted, Keep Warm holds a finished dish at a gentle heat, and Boost gives any zone a burst of extra power for a fast boil. A built-in timer keeps track of cooking times. Induction heats the pan rather than the glass, so it responds quickly when you turn it up or down. It needs hardwiring to a 32A supply by a qualified electrician.

Slide to set
Instead of tapping plus and minus, run a finger along the slider to pick a power level from 1 to 9. Going from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil takes one movement, and the controls sit at the front where they're easy to reach.
SCHOTT glass
Smooth black glass
The cooktop is SCHOTT glass with a smooth black finish. Because induction heats the pan rather than the glass, spills don't bake on as easily, and a wipe once it has cooled keeps it looking good.
