Designed for busy commercial kitchens, food preparation areas and service counters, this 1800 mm wide unit provides a practical refrigerated storage and display solution for toppings, fillings and other frequently used ingredients. Its 1/4 GN compatibility allows you to organise ingredients efficiently across the full width of the unit.

The open-fronted design provides fast access during busy service, helping staff work efficiently without repeatedly opening doors. The unit has a capacity for 9 x 1/4 GN containers, although GN containers are not included. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be positioned securely on a countertop or suitable work surface.

Static cooling maintains a temperature range of +2°C to +10°C, while automatic defrost helps simplify routine maintenance. A digital control system and temperature display make it easy to monitor the operating temperature. The unit uses R600a refrigeration gas and has a power consumption of 190W.

Built with stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces, the VRX1800/330 is designed for the demands of a professional food service environment while remaining simple to clean.
