This heavy duty Italian Style 50ltr Culinox dough mixer is designed for high-footfall pizzerias and bakeries requiring consistent results and high throughput. With a max dry flour capacity of 25kg, it is designed to deliver a production capacity of 128kg per hour, providing the torque necessary to handle heavy dough loads for baking and pizza bases.  With a mixing speed of 90rpm and a bowl speed of 9rpm, the spiral rotation ensures ideal gluten development and texture consistency across every batch. Having twin speeds gives the option of different dough mixes.

For ease of installation, we supply this mixer with a 13A UK plug, removing the need for specialized hardwiring. The chain driven motor provides a smoother operation and reduces noise levels in busy environments. Every contact point, including the bowl, spiral, and dough breaker spindle, is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel for professional-standard reliability.
