The Culinox B20 commercial planetary mixer is designed for bakeries, cafés, restaurants and catering kitchens requiring a larger-capacity mixing solution. Its 20 litre stainless steel bowl accommodates up to 5kg of dry dough, while the planetary mixing action reaches every area of the bowl to deliver consistent results for light doughs, cake batters, whipped cream, icing, mashed potato and many other food preparation tasks. This unit is not suitable for hard / pizza doughs.

A powerful 1100W motor and heavy-duty gear-driven transmission provide dependable commercial performance with three selectable mixing speeds of 104rpm, 187rpm and 365rpm, allowing operators to match the mixing action to each recipe. The reinforced lever-operated bowl lift provides quicker, more ergonomic bowl positioning than traditional handwheel systems, while the fitted 13A plug allows straightforward installation into a standard UK socket.

Designed for demanding commercial environments, the B20 features a removable stainless steel bowl and mixing attachments for easy cleaning, a bowl guard safety microswitch and an emergency stop button for enhanced operator protection.
