The Combisteel pass through hood dishwasher with detergent dispenser and drain pump is designed for professional kitchens that require efficient warewashing, high throughput and flexible installation options. Featuring a 500 x 500mm basket system, the machine accommodates a wide range of plates, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Its rapid 120-second wash cycle allows processing of up to 30 baskets per hour, helping operators maintain productivity and keep pace with busy service periods.

The integrated detergent dispenser automatically supplies the correct amount of detergent during each wash cycle, helping to achieve consistent cleaning results while reducing operator intervention. The built-in drain pump further enhances installation flexibility by allowing the dishwasher to operate in locations where conventional gravity drainage is not practical.

Operating at approximately 60°C washing temperature and 55°C rinse temperature, the dishwasher delivers effective cleaning performance for demanding commercial applications.
