The Combisteel pass through hood dishwasher is designed to meet the demands of busy commercial kitchens, providing efficient warewashing performance and streamlined workflow management. Suitable for restaurants, hotels, schools, canteens and catering facilities, the hood-type design allows operators to move baskets quickly through the washing process, helping improve productivity during busy service periods.

Featuring a 500 x 500mm basket system, the dishwasher accommodates a wide variety of plates, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The rapid 120-second wash programme enables the machine to process up to 30 baskets per hour, ensuring a continuous supply of clean ware when demand is at its highest.

The unit operates at approximately 60°C washing temperature and 55°C rinse temperature to deliver effective cleaning results. A rinse function and single-stage filtration system help maintain wash quality, while the standard wash pump provides dependable day-to-day performance in demanding commercial environments.

Designed for installation in professional kitchens, the dishwasher is compatible with both cold fill and hot fill water supplies and features adjustable feet for straightforward positioning and levelling.
