Operation is simple and intuitive via the advanced LCD touchscreen, which provides clear diagnostics and alerts you when the water filter needs replacing. For versatile service, the robust chrome tap can be switched between a controlled flow for single cups or a constant flow for filling larger teapots. The generous 219mm tap-to-tray height comfortably accommodates larger mugs and taller vessels. Inside the box, you’ll find the boiler, a removable drip tray, and one internal water filter to get you started immediately.

This unit is designed for easy installation, coming fitted with a 13A plug and a 2-metre water feed hose for quick connection to a mains supply. The 2.8kW heating element ensures a rapid initial heat-up time of approximately 22 minutes to reach 98°C, with a recovery rate of 0.5 Ltr per minute.
