The Hostek Alfa GAS XL 6 is a premium Italian-manufactured gas oven designed for businesses that demand high-capacity throughput without compromising on quality. With an expansive 720mm x 1080mm deck, it accommodates 6 x 14" pizzas at once when baked directly on the stone, making it a "savvy" choice for high-volume pizzerias and Italian restaurants. This versatile workhorse is ideal for producing thin-crust, deep-pan, and fresh dough pizzas, while the powerful gas burners provide the rapid recovery times needed for busy service periods.

Engineered for technical reliability, the Alfa GAS XL 6 features an advanced heat distribution system and an adjustable thermostat reaching up to 450°C. The unit is constructed from premium-grade stainless steel and painted steel to withstand the rigours of a professional kitchen environment. Operating at 23kW (78,000 BTU), this appliance MUST be installed and commissioned by a registered commercial gas engineer. A smooth-action drop-down door with a viewing window and internal lighting allows operators to monitor the cooking process with clarity and ease.

Designed for efficient business operations, this oven provides a "hassle-free" experience for kitchen staff. The intuitive controls, integrated temperature gauge, and clear "power on" lights ensure the oven is easy to understand and operate. By combining Italian craftsmanship with energy-efficient rockwool insulation, the Alfa GAS XL 6 helps professional caterers maintain low operational costs while delivering the "best of the best" in pizza quality. The unit includes a 1-year manufacturer’s parts warranty; please note that an installation certificate from a qualified commercial gas engineer is required to validate any future warranty claims.
