The Culinox YXD-8A bakery convection oven with steam and reversing fans is designed for bakeries, cafes and professional kitchens requiring reliable high volume baking performance. With a 116 litre capacity and space for four 600 x 400mm trays, this oven provides the capacity needed for batch baking while the built-in steam function helps improve results across a wider range of products including pastries, cakes and bread.

Built for demanding kitchen environments, the YXD-8A features a stainless steel exterior, enamel cooking chamber and twin reversing fan motors to improve airflow and maintain consistent temperatures throughout the oven. The reversing fan system helps minimise cold spots by changing airflow direction during operation, supporting even baking across all tray levels. The powerful 6.4kW single phase heating system requires hardwiring by a qualified engineer.

Operation is simple with manual dial controls, adjustable temperature from 30°C to 300°C, a two-hour timer, chamber light and direct steam spray control. The double glazed toughened glass door provides heat retention while allowing visibility during baking, with a safety switch and 360°C high limit protection supporting safe operation.
