The Culinox YXD-6A electric convection oven with cook and hold function is designed for cafes, bakeries, restaurants and catering kitchens requiring increased cooking capacity and reliable daily performance. With a generous 100 litre capacity, this oven accommodates up to 4 x 1/1 GN pans across seven shelf positions, making it suitable for high volume baking, roasting, reheating and general food preparation.

Built for dependable operation, the YXD-6A features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a rear-mounted rotary fan-assisted convection system to improve heat circulation and provide consistent cooking results throughout the chamber. The 2.85kW heating system is supplied with a fitted 13A plug, allowing straightforward installation without specialist electrical work. Measuring 799mm (W) x 620mm (D) x 580mm (H), it provides substantial cooking capacity while remaining suitable for countertop positioning.

Operation is simplified with a precision control system featuring adjustable temperature up to 250°C, a 120-minute timer and an integrated Cook & Hold function. Once the cooking cycle is complete, the oven automatically transitions to a holding temperature, helping maintain food quality during busy service periods. The twin-pane glass side-opening door helps retain heat while allowing operators to monitor cooking progress, with overheat protection and a cool-touch exterior supporting safe operation. The oven is supplied complete with four internal wire grids and a 1-year manufacturer's parts warranty.
