The Culinox YXD-4A twin fan convection oven with steam and grill is designed for cafes, bakeries, catering kitchens and foodservice operators requiring a versatile countertop cooking solution. With a 62 litre capacity and space for four 450mm x 325mm trays, this oven supports efficient batch cooking while the built-in steam, humidity control and grill function provide flexibility across baking, roasting, heating and finishing applications.

Built for dependable daily use, the YXD-4A features a stainless steel cooking chamber and twin rear convection fans to improve heat circulation and maintain consistent temperatures throughout the oven. The 2.67kW heating system is supplied with a fitted 13A plug, allowing straightforward installation without specialist electrical work. Measuring 595mm (W) x 530mm (D) x 575mm (H), the compact design makes it suitable for worktops and space-conscious kitchens.
