The Culinox YXD-1AE twin fan convection oven is designed for cafes, bakeries, catering kitchens and foodservice operators requiring reliable batch cooking in a compact footprint. With a 62 litre capacity and space for four 450mm x 325mm trays, this countertop oven provides an efficient solution for bake-off, roasting and general kitchen preparation.

Built for dependable daily use, the YXD-1AE features a stainless steel exterior and twin rear convection fans to improve heat circulation and maintain consistent temperatures throughout the cooking chamber. The 2.67kW heating system is supplied with a fitted 13A plug, allowing straightforward installation without specialist electrical work.
