What size monitor is best for office work?
24 inch at Full HD suits most single desks. 27 inch at QHD gives noticeably more working space for spreadsheets, and it's the better choice if staff use one screen instead of two.
Does the monitor need USB-C?
For hot desks, USB-C with power delivery is worth it: one cable carries video, data and charging from the laptop, so the monitor works as the dock. Check the wattage covers your laptops.
Why height adjustment?
