The Hamoki GHP-4L heavy-duty countertop boiling top is engineered for high-footfall restaurants, central kitchens, and professional catering environments. Delivering a total thermal output of 120,000 BTU/hr via four independent burners, this unit allows for simultaneous high-capacity cooking tasks and precise simmer control. Its compact 615mm width ensures it integrates efficiently into existing cooklines while providing the throughput required for commercial-grade performance.

The unit is built with a durable stainless steel exterior that resists heat and corrosion in busy kitchen environments. Power is delivered through a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection, and while configured for Natural Gas, an LPG conversion kit is included in the box to ensure multi-site versatility. The unit features 4" adjustable stainless steel legs that maintain the necessary airflow beneath the chassis to protect worksurfaces and ensure stability. Please note that installation must be performed by a registered commercial gas engineer.

For the operator, the front-mounted zinc alloy dial controls provide responsive heat management, while the heavy-duty cast iron grates ensure even heat distribution across the cooking surface.
