The Hamoki GHP-6L countertop boiling top is a high-capacity gas boiling top engineered for the demanding environments of professional catering, including high-volume restaurants and central kitchens. With a total output of 42kW, this unit features six 30,000 BTU/hr burners that allow for the simultaneous preparation of multiple dishes with precision. The heavy-duty 12" x 12" cast iron grates are designed to withstand daily rigours while ensuring optimal heat circulation for consistent cooking results.

Built for long-term durability, this countertop unit features a high-grade stainless steel facia and surround with a galvanised back for efficient heat distribution. The GHP-6L is configured for natural gas but includes an LPG conversion kit for operational flexibility. It requires a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and must be installed by a registered commercial gas engineer. The unit is supported by 4" adjustable stainless steel legs which provide necessary airflow to protect the underlying worksurface.

Operator safety is prioritised through the inclusion of a flame failure device and an automatic shut-off system on all burners.
