The Hamoki FM48 is a high-capacity heated display solution engineered for high-footfall business environments such as bakeries, delis, petrol stations, and fast-food outlets. With a 370-litre internal volume, this unit provides the necessary throughput for merchandising large quantities of hot snacks, including sausage rolls, pasties, and pies. The curved tempered glass front and internal lighting are designed to maximise product visibility and drive point-of-sale purchases.

Constructed for durability, this heavy duty unit features tempered glass panels for superior thermal insulation and a professional black finish. The FM48 is fitted with a standard 13A plug and operates at 2.2kW, allowing it to be integrated into existing prep lines without the requirement for specialist hardwiring. Precise climate management is achieved through an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of +30°C to +90°C, monitored via an external temperature display dial.
