The Hamoki ECB-60SX chargrill is designed for high-capacity commercial kitchens and professional catering environments that require reliable, high-output grilling. Built for professional use, the 1504mm wide unit features a durable stainless steel front with galvanised sides and back to withstand the rigours of a busy kitchen. It utilises five gas-powered U-shaped steel burners positioned beneath the grill surface to provide even heat distribution across the cast iron grates, perfect for high-temperature searing. While configured for Natural Gas, we include LPG conversion jets in the box, allowing for versatile setup in both fixed locations and mobile catering units.

We have engineered the daily operator experience to be straightforward and efficient with chrome-coated zinc alloy knobs for precise control and adjustable cooking grates to suit different products. To maintain hygiene standards, the unit includes large oil collectors at the bottom for easy debris removal. For safety and warranty compliance, this unit must be installed by a registered commercial gas engineer, supported by a one-year parts warranty for peace of mind.
