The Hamoki EF-132V is a twin tank countertop electric fryer for cafes, mobile caterers and small kitchens that want two independent fryers on one counter. Each 13 Ltr tank holds 8 Ltr of oil, and the unit handles a 3kg chip load. Separate tanks let you keep food types apart or switch one side off when it is quiet.
Installation and Connection
It is rated 2 x 3kW and comes with two 13A plugs, so it needs two standard sockets and no hardwiring. It is 350mm high, 680mm wide and 480mm deep and weighs 16.5kg. Each tank has its own drain tap for oil removal.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Each tank has its own EGO thermostat, adjustable up to 190°C. A thermal safety cut-out with manual reset and micro-switches in the head stop the element running unless the head is seated correctly. The hinged heads and elements lift out so the tanks can be cleaned fully. The body is stainless steel.
