The Hamoki GF150-LPG is a high-performance commercial fryer designed for busy restaurants, takeaways, cafes and catering operations where rapid recovery and high output are essential. With a substantial 37 litre oil capacity, twin baskets and five powerful burners delivering 150,000 BTU/hr, it provides the capacity and recovery performance required to keep pace during demanding service. The fryer is capable of producing up to 130lbs of chips per hour, making it well suited to high-volume frying operations.

Five 30,000 BTU vertical burner tubes run through the fry pot and incorporate internal baffles to improve heat transfer and maintain consistent oil temperatures. The deep cold zone helps trap crumbs and food particles away from the main cooking area, reducing the risk of scorching and helping to maintain oil quality. Temperature can be controlled from 93°C to 204°C, while the two chromed baskets with heat-protected coated handles allow different foods to be cooked simultaneously.

Built for demanding professional use, the GF150-LPG features a robust stainless steel frame with galvanised back and sides, a stainless steel tank and 6-inch adjustable heavy-duty legs for easy positioning alongside existing equipment. A Robertshaw valve, continuous pilot and 232°C high-limit cut-out provide controlled and safe operation, while the latch-lock drain valve allows the oil to be drained safely during maintenance. The fryer is supplied for LPG operation and must be installed by a registered commercial gas engineer. An installation certificate from a qualified commercial gas engineer is required in the event of a warranty claim. The unit is supplied with two baskets and is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's parts warranty.
