This LPG gas fryer suits food trucks, event catering trailers and outdoor stalls where mains gas is not available. It fries up to 32.7kg of chips per hour from a single tank with twin baskets, for chips, battered fish and chicken.
Installation and Connection
Must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The fryer runs on LPG through three vertical cast iron burners rated at 30,000 BTU/hr each, 90,000 BTU/hr in total. It is freestanding, measures H1182 x W394 x D767mm and weighs 65kg, and stands on adjustable stainless steel legs for levelling with your cookline.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Robertshaw controls set the thermostat from 93°C to 204°C, with a built-in 232°C high-limit safety cut-out. A continuous pilot light makes daily start-up quick. The tube and baffle design passes heat into the oil for fast recovery between batches. A deep cold zone keeps crumbs away from the burner tubes so oil lasts longer, and a wide latch-lock ball valve drains oil without spills. The body is stainless steel with an integrated splashback.
