Steelmore VRX1500/330 Refrigerated Topping Unit - 7 x 1/4 GN, 49 Ltr, 1500mm Wide, Glass Surround, 13A Plug

This commercial refrigerated topping unit holds seven 1/4 GN pans of chilled ingredients for sandwich bars, delis, pizzerias and salad prep stations. At 1500mm wide it gives a long run of toppings along a prep line, and the glass surround protects ingredients on the service side.

Installation and Connection

The unit sits on a countertop and is fitted with a 13A plug, drawing 125W. It is 335mm deep and 460mm high, and weighs 38kg. Adjustable feet at the front help level it on uneven worktops. GN pans and lids are sold separately.

Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning

A digital controller with temperature display shows the internal temperature to staff at all times. Static cooling with R600a refrigerant chills all pans, and the 304 stainless steel body resists corrosion and wipes clean. The clear glass surround acts as a barrier against contamination while keeping ingredients visible.
