Hamoki S900 2 Door Refrigerated Saladette Prep Counter - 2 x 1/1 and 3 x 1/6 GN, 900mm Wide, 13A Plug

The Hamoki S900 is a 900mm wide refrigerated saladette prep counter with a chilled GN pan well on top and two doors of refrigerated storage below. It suits sandwich shops, pizzerias and cafes that build orders at the counter. The top takes 2 x GN 1/1 and 3 x GN 1/6 pans, and a polyethylene cutting board gives a prep ledge in front of them.

Installation and Connection

The S900 comes with a 13A plug and draws 240W from a 220-240V 50Hz supply, so it runs from a standard socket. It measures H900 x W900 x D700mm and stands on castors, so it can be rolled out for cleaning or repositioned in a prep line. GN pans are not included and need to be bought separately.

Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning

Fan-assisted cooling spreads cold air evenly through the cabinet, and a digital temperature controller with display sets the temperature. Automatic defrost cuts manual maintenance. The interior and exterior are stainless steel, the polyethylene cutting board wipes clean, and a lift-up stainless steel lid covers the pan well when service stops. Inside, two adjustable shelves hold back-up stock.
