Most returns come down to size or rating, not style.

Frequently asked questions
Which sizes do you stock?
Both imperial and metric. Imperial doors are 1981mm high by 610, 686, 762 or 838mm wide (6'6" by 2', 2'3", 2'6" or 2'9"). Metric doors are 2040mm high by 526 to 926mm wide. Measure the frame opening before ordering.
Is every 44mm door a fire door?
No. FD30 fire doors are usually 44mm thick, but the thickness alone doesn't make a door fire-rated. Look for FD30 in the product name and the certification details on the listing.
Pre-finished or unfinished?
Pre-finished doors arrive sealed and ready to hang. Unfinished doors must be painted or sealed on all six faces, including the top and bottom edges, soon after hanging, or the manufacturer's warranty may not apply.
How should doors be stored on site?
Flat, on bearers, in a dry, ventilated room. Timber doors take on moisture from new plaster and screed, which can make them warp before they're hung.
