Fully integrated or semi integrated?
A fully integrated dishwasher sits completely behind a kitchen door, controls and all. Semi integrated shows its control panel above the door. Both need a matching door from the kitchen supplier.
How many place settings do we need?
Around 12 to 14 for a family home or a staff kitchen of up to ten people. 9 to 10 is typical for slimline models in studios and small flats.
Can a dishwasher use a hot fill?
Some can. Check the listing for hot and cold fill. Most modern dishwashers are designed for cold fill and heat their own water.
