Product highlights
- Ideal for homes of up to 3 bedrooms: Removes up to 12L of excess moisture a day to tackle condensation, damp and musty smells before they turn into mould.
- Dry your washing indoors for around 32p a load: Laundry Mode adjusts the fan speed and extraction to dry clothes on an airer, without steaming up your windows.
- About 7.9p an hour to run: Based on its rated 300W and 26.32p/kWh, so you know what it costs before you switch it on.
- Quiet enough to leave running overnight: At 40dB(A) it works away in a bedroom or living room without getting in the way.
- Choose how dry you want the room: Three humidity settings let you pick the level, and the humidistat keeps the room there rather than over-drying it.

The details
This compact yet powerful 12 litre dehumidifier helps create a healthier and more comfortable environment for rooms up to 55 m³. It removes excess moisture and humidity that can encourage the growth of common allergens, which can be damaging to your home and health. If the humidity is too high then your home is at risk of mould, but if it's too low then airborne viruses like flu can survive longer. Thankfully, the DEX212SF allows you to select your desired humidity level so you can find the perfect balance between high and low that best suits your home.
Once the water tank has reached its full capacity, the unit will automatically stop running to avoid any overflowing. A full water light will then appear to indicate that the tank needs emptying. The DEX212SF can also be set up for continuous draining by connecting a hose into the drain outlet at the back, so you don't even have to worry about emptying the tank.
Perfect for using at night when sleeping, the DEX212SF dehumidifier operates an ultra low noise level of only 40 db so you won't even realise it's there. Best of all, it does all this without ever compromising on dehumidifying performance.

Compressor dehumidifiers have refrigerant mechanisms and are generally less expensive to run. Desiccant dehumidifiers are ideal for colder temperatures as they emit warm air. Peltier dehumidifiers are better suited to smaller spaces like bedrooms and cars.
