The Steelmore HKR-4S is a high-performance cooking solution engineered for the rigours of high-footfall cafes, restaurants, and professional catering environments. With a massive total heat input of 151,000 BTU (34kW), this heavy-duty range is designed to keep commercial kitchens moving by delivering the power required for rapid service. The four-burner layout provides the thermal consistency needed for simultaneous high-volume prep, while the powerful 30,000 BTU oven offers a wide temperature range of 100°C to 320°C for versatile roasting and baking.

Built for long-term reliability, the unit features a robust stainless steel body and heavy-duty cast iron pan supports that provide a stable platform for large-scale cookware. It is supplied for Natural Gas with a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection, though the inclusion of LPG conversion jets offers flexibility for different site requirements. For ease of maintenance and hygiene compliance, the range is fitted with heavy-duty castors, allowing the 132kg unit to be moved easily for deep-cleaning of the kitchen floor.

The operator experience is prioritised through simple, precise dial controls and a smooth-action, front drop-down oven door for easy access.
