Frequently asked questions
Domestic or commercial machine?
Domestic machines suit lets and light business use, but their warranty usually excludes commercial use. Commercial machines are built for many cycles a day and offer disinfection programmes.

Usually 10kg or more. Check the manufacturer's guidance for bulky items.
Can you deliver, install and take the old one away?
Yes. See delivery options, add installation and book WEEE-compliant recycling of the old unit in the same visit.
Replacing appliances across several sites?
Delivery and installation in one visit, and a dedicated account manager.
