Frequently asked questions
Domestic or commercial microwave?
Commercial models are rated for many more cycles a day and usually have a stainless cavity and simpler controls. Domestic models suit staff kitchens with light use; their warranty often excludes catering use.
What wattage for a shared kitchen?
At least 800W, ideally 900W or more, so lunchtime queues don't build up.
Can you deliver and remove the old equipment?
Yes. See delivery options and book removal and recycling of old electrical equipment with the order. Gas and hard-wired equipment must be connected by a suitably qualified engineer.
Kitting out a commercial kitchen?
A dedicated account manager for every trade account.
